Beit Mashiach Dothan (House of Messiah) is the only Torah keeping Messianic Jewish Congregation associated with CTOMC (Coalition of Torah Observant Messianic Congregations) in the state of Alabama, the Tri-states area (AL, GA, and FL borders) and the Wiregrass area.
MMin Michael is a Messianic Jewish Minister licensed through the Coalition of Torah Observant Messianic Congregations (CTOMC). He began ministry when he was in Desert Shield/Storm with the 9th Infantry Division. He also volunteered and served in the Alabama State Guard for 3 years and was the Battalion Chaplain of the 304th, 3rd BDE. He has been ministering to the Gentiles (non-Jews) for over 15 years, as a Gentile believer. After the death of his best friend and grandfather in 2007, his Jewish lineage was discovered both through his paternal and maternal lineage. Before the evidence of his Sephardic Jewish lineage of the Rocha family through his mother, the Ruach HaKodesh had begun preparing him for the new direction in ministry and in life. It was through his search of the Hebraic Roots of the scriptures, that he discovered the Jewishness of Yeshua the Messiah and all His disciples. It was through these discoveries that MMin Michael had been called out by Yeshua HaMashiach to go and seek the Lost Sheep of the House of Israel, to the Jews first, and also the non-Jews. It was through this leading and the Ruach HaKodesh that Beit Mashiach Dothan was birthed. |
MMin Michael and his wife, Tami, celebrated their 10 year anniversary in December of 2010.Tami had also voluntarily served in the Alabama State Guard for 3 years as a 1LT with her Masters Degree in Christian Counseling and Psychology. She has been ministering to women for over 10 years. Tami also raises their 2 year old son, Elijah Jordan, who always keeps them on their toes. Life is rarely a dull moment, and they are extremely blessed to have him.
